Map and directions to mountain land for sale

The mountain properties are approximately 130 miles, or 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 hours, west on I-40 from Albuquerque:

• Drive west on I-40 to Grants (approximately 71 miles) to exit 81.
• At Grants exit 81, turn south on State Highway 53. Proceed on Highway 53 for 42 miles.
• At Route 125 turn south (left). Go 8 miles to Route 120. You'll drive through the small town of Mountain View.
  
• At Route 120 (a gravelled county road, turn right and you'll see a parking area immediately on your left. All appointments will be met at the parking area visible from the corner of Route 125 and Route 120.

The mountain properties are approximately 55 miles, or 1 hour, east on I-40 from Gallup: Driving east on I-40 to Gallup:

• At Gallup turn south on State Highway 602 until you reach Highway 53.
• At Highway 53, turn left, or east. Travel east on Highway 53 past the town of Ramah.
• At Route 125 turn south, or right. Go 8 miles to Route 120. You'll drive through the small town of Mountain View.
  
• At Route 120. you'll see a parking area immediately on your left. All appointments will be met at the parking area visible from the corner of Route 125 and Route 120.
